Asset Under Management (AUM) Based Pricing

In AUM based pricing the fees are directly linked to the total value of assets we manage for you.

  • Initial Fee at Sign-Up: ₹3000 initial advisory fee adjusted against the 0.9% of the average daily portfolio value over the calendar year payable annually, quarterly, or monthly.

Pricing Details

  • Annual: ₹3000 + GST initial advisory fee adjusted against the 0.9% yearly AUM fee i.e 0.9% of the average daily portfolio value over the calendar year.

  • Quarterly: ₹3000 + GST initial advisory fee adjusted against the quarterly AUM fee i.e 0.225% of the average daily portfolio value over the past three months.

  • Monthly: ₹3000 + GST initial advisory fee adjusted against the monthly AUM fee i.e 0.075% of the average daily portfolio value for the past month.

All fees are exclusive of GST, which is added as applicable.
Note: Our accounting period aligns with the calendar year. In case one subscribes during mid-month or mid-year we charge on a pro-rata basis.

  • The Asset Under Advice (AUA) pricing is aligned to the client’s objectives, as our fee structure is designed to grow along with the growth in your portfolio.

  • Our pricing model provides you the flexibility to select your preferred billing cycle.

Our accounting period aligns with the calendar year. In case one subscribes during mid-month or mid-year we charge on a pro-rata basis. Eg. If one subscribes on 15th May and opts for Quarterly billing we shall charge based on the Average AUM for 45/365 days. i.e 0.9%*(45/365)

While we aspire to offer performance-based fees, yet we are obliged to adhere to regulatory constraints that currently prevent us from doing so.
